CONSENT CALENDAR
Unless otherwise indicated below, the following pertains to all items on the Consent Calendar.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (6-0, Legters absent): Motion by Wilson, Second by Eventov.
The vote reflected unanimous approval with Legters absent.
1. Approve Action Minutes of November 10, 2022
Recommendation: That the Commission approve the action minutes of November 10, 2022.
BUSINESS
2. Selection of Chair and Vice Chair of the Commission for 2023 Calendar Year
Recommendation: That the Commission select its Chair and Vice Chair to serve calendar
year 2023.
Motion to appoint Commissioner Jackie Steed as Chair for calendar year 2023 (6-0, Legters
absent): Motion by Wilson, Second by Eventov. The vote reflected unanimous approval with
Legters absent.
Motion to appoint Commissioner Eric Faulkner as Vice Chair for calendar year 2023 (6-0,
Legters absent): Motion by Wilson, Second by Pastorian. The vote reflected unanimous
approval with Legters absent.
3. Receive Update on REDI Initiative and 2022 Commission Activity and Provide Related
Direction for 2023
Recommendation: That the Commission receive an update on the status of the REDI
Initiative and 2022 Commission activity and provide direction for 2023
in preparation for the annual joint meeting with the City Council.
Received update and provided general direction regarding the same.
