CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Minutes
Recommendation: Approve the action minutes of November 15, 2023
Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Watts, Second by Hagel. The vote
reflected unanimous approval.
BUSINESS
2. Selection of Chair and Vice Chair for Calendar Year 2024
Recommendation: That the Commission select its Chair and Vice Chair for calendar year 2024.
Motion to appoint Commissioner Bob Hagel as the Chair for calendar year 2024 (5-0): Motion
by Ruiz, Second by Watts. The vote reflected unanimous approval.
Motion to appoint Commissioner Lanae Turley-Trejo as the Vice Chair for calendar year 2024
(5-0): Motion by Hagel, Second by Solis. The vote reflected unanimous approval.
3. Appointments to Planning Commission Sub Committees for Calendar Year 2024
Recommendation: That the Planning Commission appoint members to serve on committees for
calendar year 2024 and approve related Planning Commission Sub Committee Assignment List
Approved the Sub Committee Assignment List as amended (5-0): Motion by Turley-Trejo,
Second by Ruiz. The vote reflected unanimous approval.

4. Receive a Presentation on the Old Town Local Advisory Committee
Recommendation: Receive and file presentation on the Old Town Local Advisory Committee
Received and filed only, no action.
