CONSENT CALENDAR
Unless otherwise indicated below,the following pertains to all items on the Consent Calendar.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0, Eventov and Legters absent): Motion by Faulkner, Second
by Steed. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Eventov and Legters absent.
1. Approve Action Minutes of November 9, 2023
Recommendation: That the Commission approve the action minutes of November 9, 2023.
BUSINESS
2. Receive Presentation from Riverside University Health System Foundation
Recommendation: Receive Presentation from Riverside University Heath System
Foundation on health services and provide related recommendations.
Receive and file with general recommendations, no action.
3. Selection of Chair and Vice Chair of the Commission for 2024 Calendar Year
Recommendation: That the Commission select its Chair and Vice Chair of the Commission
to serve calendar year 2024.
Motion to appoint Eric Faulkner as Chair and Crystal Pastorian as Vice Chair (5-0, Eventov
and Legters absent): Motion by Steed, Second by Denyse Wilson. The vote reflected
unanimous approval with Eventov and Legters absent).
