APPROVED 5-0; MOTION BY COMMISSIONER GUERRIERO, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER WATTS TO NOMINATE COMMISSIONER TURLEY-TREJO TO SERVE AS VICE CHAIRPERSON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION. 3 3 Recognition of outgoing Chairperson Youmans 4 Formation of a Planning Commission Old Town Temecula Subcommittee RECOMMENDATION. 4.1 Appoint two members of the Planning Commission to serve on the Old Town Temecula Subcommittee APPROVED 5-0; COMMISSIONER GUERRIERO AND CHAIR WATTS VOLUNTEERED TO SERVE AS MEMBERS OF THE OLD TOWN TEMECULA SUBCOMMITTEE 5 General Plan Consistency Review for an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-23 Capital Improvement Program (LR19-0261) RECOMMENDATION: 5.1 Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the proposed amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-23 Capital Improvement Program and make a determination that the proposed amendment is in conformance with the adopted City of Temecula General Plan.
