CONSENT CALENDAR
1. MINUTES
1.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the September 10, 2018 Commission Meeting.
Motion by Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Willis to approve the
action minutes of the September 10, 2018 Commission meeting. Motion approved
4-0-1. Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Levine, Nelson, Schwank
and Willis. Commissioner Borgeson absent.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. PERMITTED CATCH -AND -RELEASE FISHING AT HARVESTON LAKE
2.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Permitted Catch -and -Release Fishing at Harveston Lake.
Four Public Comments: Dustin Sergent, Don Forham, David Maggiore-Anet,
Christine Massa.
Motion by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by Commissioner Levine to approve
Permitted Catch -and -Release Fishing at Harveston Lake. Motion approved 4-0-1.
Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Levine, Nelson, Schwank and
Willis. Commissioner Borgeson absent.
3. SPORTS POLICY
3.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Discussion and recommendations only.

ADJOURNMENT
The Community Services Commission cancelled the November meeting and adjourn to a
regular meeting to be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the Temecula Civic
Center Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
Motion by Commissioner Willis, seconded by Commissioner Nelson. Motion approved 4-0-1.
Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Levine, Nelson, Schwank, and Willis.
Commissioner Borgeson absent. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
