Recommendation: Approve the minutes of October 14, 2019
Approved the Staff Recommendation (4-0, Borgeson absent): Motion by Ruiz, Second by
Oddi. The vote reflected unanimous approval.

2. Pennitted Use of Wind or Low Speed Electric/Battery Model Craft at Harveston Community
Lake Park
Recommendation: That the Community Services Commission receive and file a
presentation on model craft at Harveston Community Lake Park
