1. 'Twas the Lights Before Christmas Home Decorating Contest Judeine
Recommendation: Adjourn to bus tour to judge the entries of the 'Twas the Lights Before
Christmas Home Decorating Contest.
Approve the Staff Recommendation (4-0, 1 absent): Motion by
Commissioner Ruiz, Second by Commissioner Borgeson. The vote
reflected unanimous approval with 1 absent.
