' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY FOR THE CHANGE OF ZONE
APPLICATION CONTAINED IN PLANNING APPLICATION
NO. PA93 -0043, CHANGING THE ZONE FROM R -R
(RURAL RESIDENTIAL) TO C -P -S (SCENIC HIGHWAY
COMMERCIAL) ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON TIIE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF YNEZ AND WINCHESTER
ROADS, AND KNOWN AS PORTIONS OF ASSESSOR'S
PARCEL NUMBERS 910 -130 -046 AND 910 - 130 -047.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF TEMECULA, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Public hearings have been held before the Planning Commission and City
Council of the City of Temecula, State of California, pursuant to the Planning and Zoning law
of the State of California, and the City Code of the City of Temecula. The zoning district as
shown on the attached exhibit is hereby approved and ratified as part of the Official Zoning Map
for the City of Temecula as adopted by the City and as may be amended hereafter from time to
time by the City Council of the City of Temecula, and the City of Temecula Official Zoning
Map is amended by placing in effect the zone or zones as described in Planning Application No.
' PA93 -0043 (Change of Zone) and in the above title, and as shown on zoning map attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. Notice of Adoption. Within 10 days after the adoption hereof, the City Clerk
of the City of Temecula shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be posted
in at least three public places in the City.
Section 3. Taking Effect. ffect. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its
adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Ordinance.
Section 5. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1993.
