RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-20
REGARDING WITHDRAWAL ]FROM STRUCTURAL FIRE
PROTECTION PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Temecula amends Resolution No. 93-20 to provide
that withdrawal from the Structural Fire Tax Program is subject to the City, through the City
Manager, and the County mutually agreeing on financial, legal, and procedural matters relating
to the transfer of structural fire taxes. In the event the City and the County are unable to
mutually agree on these matters, this resolution shall be decreed null, void, and has no impact.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1993.
