A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT
NO. 21821)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, On July 12, 1991, the County Recorder recorded Tract Map No. 21821 in
which an offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes was accepted by the City of
Temecula from Bedford Development Company: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public improvements
and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed: and,
WHEREAS, All Bonds associated with the tract have been released: and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets and portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Ternecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 13th day of May, 2003.

EXHIBIT "A" TO RESOLUTION NO. 03-47
Accepting several of the public streets offered to and accepted by
the City of Temecula as indicated on Tract Map No. 21821 into the
City-Maintained Street System as described below:
Those portions of Tract Map No. 21821 in the City of Temecula,
County of Riverside, as filed in Book 233, Pages 58-61 Inclusive,
of Maps, in the Recorder's Office of said county, particularly
described as follows:
1. Lot "A" (Portion of Calle Fiesta along the western tract
boundary) of said Tract Map No. 21821.
2. Lot "B" (Portion of Via Norte along the southern tract
boundary) of said Tract Map No. 21821.
3. Lot "C" (Calle Fuente) of said Tract Map No. 21821.
