RESOLUTION NO. 04-04

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN PARCEL
NO. 23101-6)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, On November 29, 1999, the County Recorder recorded Parcel Map No.
23101-6 in which an offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes was accepted by
the City of Temecula from Marlborough Development Corporation, a California Corporation, and
Lennar Homes of California, Inc. a California Corporation: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public improvements
and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed: and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and Labor and Material Bond pertaining to this
tract have not been released: and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets and portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 13th day of January, 2004.

Accepting several of the public streets offered to and accepted by
the City of Temecula as indicated on Parcel Map No. 23101-6 into
the City-Maintained Street System as described below:
Those portions of Parcel Map No. 23101-6 in the City of
Temecula, County of Riverside, as filed in Book 286, Pages 30-35
Inclusive, of Maps, in the Recorder's Office of said county,
particularly described as follows:
1. Lot "A" (Parducci Lane) of said Parcel Map No. 23101-6.
2. Lot "Boo (Portion of Promenade Chardonnay Hills from
Parducci Lane to western tract boundary) of said Parcel
Map No. 23101-6.
3. Lot "C" (Portion of Culbertson Lane from Promenade
Chardonnay Hills to Burgess Court) of said Parcel Map No.
