A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING ZONE" ON DIAZ
ROAD BETWEEN WINCHESTER ROAD AND DENDY
PARKWAY AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "A".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100, of the Temecula Municipal Code, "No
Parking" zones are hereby established in the City of Temecula on Diaz Road between
Winchester Road and Dendy Parkway as shown on Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2004.
