RESOLUTION NO. 04-49

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA CHANGING THE STREET NAME FROM STANKO
CIRCLE TO CASTLE COURT
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, Section 3409.1 and 3408.1 and 34092 of the Government Code provides
for changing the name of a public street, and:
WHEREAS, the owners of the properties located on Stanko Circle in Tract 23143-10
have requested a name change from Stanko Circle to Castle Court:
WHEREAS, all property owners are in favor of renaming the street to Castle Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
determines and orders that the name of Stanko Circle be changed to Castle Court.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 2004.
