AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY CONTAINED IN
CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION NO. 5446, CHANGING
THE ZONE FROM I -P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) TO CPS
(SCENIC HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL) ON PROPERTY
LOCATED ON 6.51 ACRES AT THE WEST SIDE OF YNEZ
ROAD, NORTH OF WINCHESTER ROAD.
The City Council of the City of Temecula, State of California, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Public hearing have been held before the Riverside County Planning
Commission and City Council of the City of Temecula, State of California, pursuant to the
Planning and Zoning law of the State of California, and the City Code of the City of Temecula.
The applicable land use district as shown on the attached exhibit is hereby approved and ratified
as part of the Official Land Use map for the City of Temecula as adopted by the City and as
may be amended hereafter from time to time by the City Council of the City of Temecula, and
the City of Temecula Official Zoning Map is amended by placing in affect the zone or zones as
described in Change of Zone No. 5446 and in the above title, and as shown on zoning map
attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Notice of Adoption. Within 15 days after the adoption hereof, the City
Clerk of the City of Temecula shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
posted in at least three public places in the City.
SECTION 3. Taking effect. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 1990.
