Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of June 14, 2021.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (4-0, Ruiz abstained): Motion by Oddi, Second by
Krstevski. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Ruiz abstaining.

2. Receive Presentation on Upcoming Local Redistricting Efforts and Provide General
Recommendations Regarding Public Engagement
Recommendation: That the Commission receive a presentation on the upcoming local
redistricting efforts and provide general recommendations regarding
