Recommendation: That the Commission approve the action minutes of October 11, 2021.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (2-0, Krstevski absent, Oddi abstained): Motion by Oddi,
Second by Sizemore. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Krstevski absent and Oddi
abstaining.
BUSINESS
2. Receive an Update on the QualitX of Life Master Plan and a Public Engagement Plan
Recommendation: Receive and File an update on the Quality of Life Master Plan and a
Public Engagement Plan.
Receive and file, no action.
