RESOLUTION 05-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF
TEMECUlA ESTABLISHING A PARKING RESTRICTION ON
BOTH SIDES OF:
1. WINCHESTER ROAD BETWEEN JEFFERSON AVENUE
AND WINCHESTER CREEK AVENUE; AND
2. ROUTE 79 SOUTH BETWEEN BEDFORD COURT AND
TEMECUlA CREEK ROAD.
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE AND ORDER AS
FOllOWS:
Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for a parking
restriction at the location described in this resolution. The City Council hereby finds and
determines that the parking restriction pursuant to this resolution will enhance the public health
and safety and general welfare at this location and the proposed parking restriction will not
create any adverse conditions in the area. .
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100, of the Temecula Municipal Code, a parking
restriction is hereby established in the City of Temecula on the north and south sides of:
I
1. Winchester Road between Jefferson Avenue and
Winchester Creek Avenue; and
2. Route 79 South between Bedford Court and Temecula
Creek Road.
3.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2005.
