OF THE TEMECULA CITY COUNCIL
HELD AUGUST 31, 1990
An adjourned regular meeting of the Temecula City Council was called to order at 9:04 AM in
the Temecula City Hall, 43172 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Mayor Ronald J.
Parks presiding.

ABSENT: 0 COUNCILMEMBERS: None
Also present were City Manager David F. Dixon, City Attorney Elizabeth L. Hanna, Finance
Officer Mary Jane Henry, Consultant John McTighe, and Deputy City Clerk June S. Greek.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments offered.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Parks announced that the City Council would adjourn to an executive session pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9 in the matter of Ramsey versus the County of Riverside and
54956.9(b2) relating to matters of potential litigation.
The meeting was adjourned to ex~utive session at 9:07 AM.
Councilmember Birdsall left the session at 9:49 AM.
The adjourned regular meeting was reconvened at 9:54 AM.

It was moved by Councilmember Moore, seconded by Councilmember Lindemans to adjourn the
meeting at 9:57 AM to a meeting to be held on September 4, 1990, at 7:00 PM in the Temecula
Community Center, 28816 Pujol Street, Temecula, CA
