RESOLUTION NO. 05-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE
COUNTY INDIAN GAMING LOCAL COMMUNITY BENEFIT
COMMITTEE (CBC) ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $343,760.44 FOR ADDITIONAL POLICE
PERSONNEL
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOllOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby approves that certain
agreement entitled "Riverside County Indian Gaming local Community Benefit Committee
(CBC) Agreement Grant of Funds-Fiscal Year 2005/2006" in the amount of $343,760.44 for
additional police personnel. The Mayor is hereby directed and authorized to execute said
Agreement in substantially the form presented to the City Council.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a meeting held on the 22nd day of November, 2005.
