A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS
LIMIT FOR FY 2006-07
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECUlA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
Section 1. The Appropriations Limit for the City of Temecula for FY 2006-07 is
hereby adopted, in the form attached as Exhibit A.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
shall cause a certified resolution to be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 13th day of June, 2006.

(a) The actual population increase from July 1,2005 is 3.36%, whereas
the 14.65% includes the effect of the Redhawk Community annexation.
For GANN limit calculation purposes, Redhawk is being included now
because the population factors are based upon calendar year results,
and the timing of population certification by the State occurs in May of
each year.
