A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMIECULA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS INTO THE CITY MAINTA@-STREET
SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT NO. 23125-1).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
VMEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted offer of dedication of certain lots for public
road and public utility purposes made by The Toman Company, Inc., with the recordation of
Tract Map No. 23125-1; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tract No.
23125-1 as complete on January 23, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of
streets offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of January, 1996.
