A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GRANT
OF A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMIENT OVER A PORTION
OF PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 9610 ABUTTING
LYNDEE LANE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
VMEREAS, Oak Tree Associates, A Limited Partnership, has granted to the City, a portion
of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 9610 for a storm drainage easement, and the Grant has been
recorded as Instrument No.
WHEREAS, the storm drainage easement is over a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No.
9610, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit "A" and is depicted in Exhibit "B".
@EREAS, the City desires to accept the Storm Drainage Easement for that portion of
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 9610 as offered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula as
follows:
Section 1. That the City of Temecula accepts the storm drainage easement for that
portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 9610 described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution and accept the
easement for the property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of January, 1996.
