A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY MANAGER TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY,
THE HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM
APPLICATION AND ANY ANCILLARY APPLICATION
DOCUMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the federal government has adopted the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
@EREAS,the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program application requires that an authorized
representative sign on behalf of the City of Temecula.
WHEREAS, the City desires to apply for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Temecula authorizes the City Manager to sign, on behalf
of the City, the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program application and any ancillary application
documents.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 26th day of March, 1996.
