RESOLUTION NO. 06-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT NO. 29286)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECUlA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
WHEREAS, On December 7, 2000, the County Recorder recorded Tract Map
No. 29286 in which an offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes was
accepted by the City of Temecula from lennar Homes of California, Inc. , A California
Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of T emecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 26th day of September, 2006.
