A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIIL OF THE CrrY
OF TFALECULA "PROVING PROGRAM SUPPL
NO. 001 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT
NO. 08-5459, BETWEEN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF TEMIECULA FOR
STATE PROJECT NUM[BER SLTPP-5459(001), SR
15/OVERLAND DRI[VE OVERCROSSING
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, before State-Aid will be made for Project No. PW95-1 1, Overland Drive
Overcrossing, the LOCAL AGENCY and STATE are required to enter into a Program
Supplement Agreement.
S, Program Supplement No. 001 allocates funding in the amount of $588,441
for Cycle 6, Fiscal Year 1995/96, for the construction of said project.
NOW RE, BE rr RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula,
as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approve and authorize execution of Program Supplement
No. 001 between the State Department of Transportation and the City of Temecula.
Section 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall codify the adoption of this resolution.
