PLANNING COMMISSION
AUGUST 16, 2006
~ALL TO ORDER
The City of Temecula Planning Commission convened in a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., on
Wednesday, August 16, 2006, in the City Council Chambers of Temecula City Hall, 43200
Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Chiniaeff led the audience in the Flag salute.
ROLL CALL
Present:
Commissioners: Carey, Chiniaeff, Harter, Telesio, and Chairman Guerriero.
Absent:
None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
No public comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR

RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Minutes of August 2, 2006.
2 Director's Hearina Case Uodate
MOTION: Commissioner Chiniaeff moved to approve the Consent Calendar. Commissioner
Harter seconded the motion and voice vote reflected approval with the exceotion of Chairman
Guerriero who abstained from Item No. 1.1.

Director of Planning Ubnoske stated that the applicant has requested additional time to prepare
for the hearing; and therefore, staff would recommend that Item No.3 be continued off calendar.
MOTION: Commissioner Chiniaeff moved to approve staff recommendation and continue Item
No. 3 off calendar. Commissioner Harter seconded the motion and voice vote reflected
un~nimous approval.
