A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCILL OF THE CffY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPL
NO. 008, TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO.
08-5459, BETWEEN THE STATE DEPAR OF
TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF CULA FOR
FEDERAL A]ID PROJECT NO. STPLX-5459(007), BARRIER
RAIIL AT FRONT STREET AND EMIPIRE CREEK
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
S, before Federal-Aid will be made avoble for Project No. PW95-17, Barrier
Rail at Front Street and Empire Creek, the LOCAL AGENCY and STATE are required to enter
into a Program Supplement Agreement.
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 008 allocates funding in the amount of $9,184 for
the construction of said barrier rail project.
NOW, -.t@R, BE ff RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula,
as follows:
Section 1.That the City Council approve and authorize execution of Program
Supplement Agreement No. 008 between State Department of
Transportation and the City of Temecula.
Section 2.Authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement
Section 3.The City Clerk shall codify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of April, 1996.
