A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrrY OF TEMIECULA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
ANCE OF DRAINAGE FACI]LrrIES MADE TO THE CrrY OF TFNMCULA,
AND AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM OF SAIDD EASEMENT TO THE I]DE
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT. (PORTION
OF LOTS 62 AND 63 IN TRACT NO. 22916-3)
TliE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE CrrY OF ULA DOES RESOLVE, DE NE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
VMEREAS, The City Council did not accept an offer of dedication of a drainage
easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage facilities on Tract Map No. 22916-3;
and,
WHEREAS, The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District has
requested that the City of Temecula accept the said offer of dedication as set forth above, and to
authorize the quitclaim of said offer to the Riverside County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts the offer of dedication and authorizes the quitclaim of said easement to
the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District as described in Exhibits "A"
and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of April, 1996.
