A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCM OF THE CITY OF TEMEECULA
SUMMARI]LY VACATING A THUTTY (30) FOOT WI]DE PORTION OF AN EXISTING
RESTRICTED ACCESS ALONG THE NORTHERLY SI]DE OF SOLANA WAY AND
WESTERLY ADJACENT TO MOTOR CAR PARKWAY ON PARCEL 5 OF PARCEL
MAP 23354.
TBE CrrY COUNCIIL OF THE CITY OF ULA DOES Y RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula does hereby find, determine and
declare as follows:
a. The Owner's Statement of Parcel Map No. 23354 provides that the Owner of
Parcel 4, 5 and 6, will have no rights of access to Solana Way, except for the general right
of travel.
b.The Owner of Parcel 5 of Parcel Map 23354 (hereinafter "Owner") now desires
directaccess to Solana Way.
C.The City desires to effectuate the intention of the Owner by vacating a thirty (30)
foot wide portion of the existing restricted access along the northerly side of Solana Way
on Parcel 5 of Parcel Map No. 23354.
d. The Streets and I-Eghways Code, Section 8333, provides the authority for the City
Council to summarily vacate an access easement if the easement has been superseded by
relocation and there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
Section 2. The restricted access along Solana Way on Parcel 5 of Parcel map No. 23354,
as described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", is hereby vacated an shall no longer
constitute an easement or right of way or other interest in real property of the City of Temecula
and shall revert to the Owner.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

PORTION OF AN EXISTING RESTRICTED ACCESS
ALONG THE NOR Y SI]DE OF SOLANA WAY AND
WESTERLY ADJACENT TO MOTOR CAR PARKWAY ON
PARCEL 5 OF PARCEL MAP 23354.
A 30 foot access opening in the northerly right of way line of
Solana way as shown on Parcel Map 23354, said map on file in Book
152 of Parcel maps, pages 74 through 76, inclusive, in the office
of the County Recorder, County of Riverside, State of California,
described as follows:
commencing at the centerline intersection of Solana Way and motor
car Parkway as shown on said map;
Thence along the centerline of Solana way South 75010'34" West
145.81 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline North 1404912611 West 5o.00 feet to
a point on the northerly right of way line of Solana way, said
point being the center of the 30 foot access opening.
