A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMIECULA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPRING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS INTO THE CITY AINED-STREET
SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT NO. 22627-1)
THE CITY COUNC]IL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an offer of dedication
of certain lots for street and public utility purposes made by Lyon Communities, Inc., a California
Corporation, with the recordation of Tract Map No. 22627-1; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula accepted the improvements within Tract No 22627-1
on July 9, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of streets
offered to and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of July, 1996.

EXHIBIT "A" TO RESOLUTION NO. 96-91
Accepting the public streets offered to and accepted by the City
of Temecula as indicated on Tract Map No. 22627-1, and
accepting subject public streets into the City Maintained-Street
System as described below:
A. Those lots described as Lots "A" through 'IF" inclusive, as
shown on Tract Map No. 22627-1, filed 5 April 1991, in Book
230 of Maps, Pgs 55-60 Incl., further described as follows:
Lot "A"*Portion of Nicolas Road
Lot "B"Pauma Valley Road
Lots "C'i & I'D"Bogart Place
Lot "E"Portion of Sierra Madre Drive
Lot "F"#Portion of North General Kearny Road
Nicolas Road was a portion of the County Maintained-Road System and
became a portion of the City-Maintained Street System by succession upon
incorporation on December 1, 1898.
# North General Kearny Road in this reach was accepted into the City
Maintained-Road System by Resolution No. 95-85 on October 10, 1995.
