HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-100 CC Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 96-100 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA INCREASING THE PETTY CASH FUND TO $1,500 WHEREAS, there are numerous occasions when small dollar valued purchases must be made for or on behalf of the City; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate that a petty cash fund be used to provide for the purchase of these smaller dollar valued items; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNC]IL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby established a renewable petty cash fund to be maintained in the Finance Department. Section 2. The amount of the petty cash fund shall be increased to $1,500. Section 3. Vouchers, receipts, or other evidence of payment shall be required before reimbursement shall be made from said petty cash fund, in such form as shall be required by the Director of Finance.
