RESOLUTION NO. 07-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP NO. 29305)
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
WHEREAS, On April 5, 2005, the County Recorder recorded Tract Map No.
29305 in which an offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes was accepted
by the City of Temecula from Wolf Creek Development, llC; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of T emecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 24th day of April, 2007.

Accepting certain public streets offered to and accepted by the City of
Temecula as indicated on Tract Maps 29305 into the City-Maintained
Street System as described as follows:
1. Lot "A" (Wolf Creek Orive South) of said Tract Map No. 29305
2. Lot "B" (a portion of Pechanga Parkway) of said Tract Map No. 29305
3. Lot "C" (a portion of Oeer Hollow Road) of said Tract Map No. 29305
4. Lot "0" (a portion of Pechanga Parkway) of said Tract Map No. 29305
5. Lot "E" (a portion of Pechanga Parkway) of said Tract Map No. 29305
