RESOLUTION NO. 07-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM -
HARVESTON DRIVE AND DATE STREET (WITHIN
TRACT MAP NO. 29639-2)
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
WHEREAS, On November 3, 2003, the County Recorder recorded Tract Map
No. 29639-2 in which offers of dedication for street and public utility purposes were
accepted by the City of Temecula from lennar Homes of California, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed for
Harveston Drive and Date Street as shown on Tract Map No. 29639-2; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract for Harveston Drive and Date Street have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 12th day of June, 2007.
