RESOLUTION NO. 07-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP NOS. 29798-4 AND 29798-8)
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECUlA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract Map Nos. 29798-4 and 29798-8 were recorded by the County
Recorder on April 29, 2004 and June 21, 2004, respectively, in which offers of
dedication for street and public utility purposes were accepted by the City of Temecula
from Wolf Creek Development, llC; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 12th day of June, 2007.
