RESOLUTION NO. 07-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP NOS. 30668, 30668-1 AND 30668-2)
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF TEMECUlA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
WHEREAS, On April 28, 2004, the County Recorder recorded Tract Map Nos.
30668, 30668-1 and 30668-2, in which an offer of dedication for street and public utility
purposes was accepted by the City of Temecula from lennar Homes of California, Inc.;
and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 12th day of June, 2007.
