RESOLUTION NO. 07-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT MAP NOS. 23143-7 AND 23143-9)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HERESY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract Map Nos. 23143-7 and 23143-9 were recorded by the County
Recorder on December 31, 2001, in which offers of dedication for street and public
utility purposes were accepted by the City of Temecula from Crowne Meadows, L.P.;
and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed; and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Sond and Labor and Material Sond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of T emecula described in Exhibits "A" and "S" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 26th day of June, 2007.
