A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO PREPARE, EXECUTE AND FILE THE
STATEMENT OF BOUNDARY CREATION REQUIRED
BY SECTION 54900 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND ORDERING THE
UTILIZATION OF THE REGULAR COUNTY
ASSESSMENT ROLE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temecula is required to cause to be
filed a Statement of Boundary Creation required by Section 54900 of the Government Code;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Major and City Clerk are authorized to have prepared and to execute
the Statement of Boundary Creation of the City of Temecula, California, to file the same
with all appropriate State and County officials, and to pay any filing fee therefore as may be
required by Section 54902.5 of the Government Code.
Section 2. The City of Temecula shall utilize the regular County Assessment role of
the County of Riverside, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1989.
