A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA DESIGNATING THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE AS ITS AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS
FOR ACTIONS UNDER THE REVENUE AND TAXATION
CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby designates the County
of Riverside as its agent for service of process for and all actions brought against the City of
Temecula under Article 2, Chapter 5, Part 9, Division 1, of the California Revenue and
Taxation Code (commencing with Section 5140).
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to deliver a copy of this Resolution
to the Clerk of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1989.
