Home My WebLink About89-15 CC ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 89-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING SURETY BONDS WItEREAS, by Resolution 89-3 and 89-2, dated December 1, 1989, the City Council appointed a City Treasurer and City Manager; and WHEREAS, said officials are to provide bonds in the amount of $100,000; and WHEREAS, such bonds now have been presented to the City Council as set out in Exhibit "A" attached and incorporated; NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City of Temecula approves and accepts surety bonds for officers of the City required to be bonded as described in Exhibit "A". Said surety is to be obtained from Strachots Insurance Agency in the amount of $100,000. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of December, 1989. Ron J.
