A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR
ACCOUNTING SERVICES WITH ANDERSON & CO.
The City Council of the City of Temecula f'mds as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Temecula, California was incorporated on December 1,
1989; and
WHEREAS, the City has no staff available for processing accounts payable; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has received proposals from several local accounting
firms; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the proposal of Anderson & Co. as
being the best and most responsive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Temecula, that the proposal of Anderson & Co., attached as Exhibit "A", for accounting
services is approved at a cost of $30.00 per hour and the City Manager is authorized to sign
the agreement.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of December, 1989.
