A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF
HUGHES, HEISS AND COMPANY FOR PERSONNEL
RECRUITMENT SERVICES FOR CITY MANAGER
and
The City Council of the City of Temecula finds as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council has budgeted funds for consulting services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to recruit and hire a permanent City Manager,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has presented three consultant proposals for said work,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the proposal of Hughes Heiss and
Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Temecula as follows:
Section 1. The proposal of Hughes, Heiss and Company for recruitmere of a City
Manager for a fee of $12,000 plus expenses is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the contract on behalf of the
City of Temecula.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1990.
