A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA CHANGING THE STREET NAME OF
KATHLEEN WAY TO RIDGE PARK DRIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES, RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Sections 34091.1 and 34092 of the Government Code provides for changing
the name of a public street, and;
WHEREAS, the developer, Omdahl Enterprises has applied under the provisions of the
Government Code to change the name of Kathleen Way to Ridge Park Drive, to be consistent
with the area theme, and;
WHEREAS, Omdahl Enterprises has contacted all of the affected property owners and
obtained letters of consent for the name change;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula determines and orders that the name of Kathleen Way be changed to Ridge Park
Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24h day of July, 1990.
