Francisco Urbina, Murrieta, addressed the Commission.
COMMISSION REPORTS:
COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Minutes of December 11, 2008
Approved staff recommendation - (5-0) - Commissioner Arbogast made the
motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hagel; and voice vote reflected
unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Minutes of December 11, 2008
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Ordinance Adding Chapter 9.60, "Sex Offenders", to Title 9. "Public Peace,
Morals, and Welfare" of the Temecula Municipal Code
Approved staff recommendation - (5-0) - Commissioner Hagel made the
motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Arbogast; and voice vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Review the report and recommend that the City Council adopt the Ordinance.
John O'Donnell addressed the Commission with regard to this item.

ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the City of Temecula Public/Traffic Safety Commission will be held on
Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 6:00 P.M., Temecula City Hall, Council Chambers, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California.
At 6:49 P.M., Commissioner Hagel moved, seconded by Commissioner Arbogast,
to adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to February 26, 2009, at
6:00 PM.
