1. Action Minutes of February 26. 2009
Approved staff recommendation - (5-0-0) - Commissioner Curran made the
motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hagel; and voice vote reflected
unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of February 26, 2009.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Traffic Conditions - Redhawk Parkway and Peppercorn Drive/Caminito Avila
Received and filed the report - (5-0-0) - Commissioner Ramos made the
motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Arbogast; and voice vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file the report.
Jack Szanto, Rancho Madera Homeowners Association, addressed the Commission with regard to
this matter.

At 6:32 P.M., Commissioner Hagel moved, seconded by Commissioner Arbogast,
to adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to April 23, 2009, at 6:00
PM.
