Approved staff recommendation - (5-0-0) - Commissioner Curran made the
motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hegel; and voice vote reflected
unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of March 26, 2009.

2. Multi-Way Stop Sign Installation Policy for Residential Streets
Received and filed the report.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file the report.
3. Proposed Capital Improvement Program - Fiscal Years 2010-2014
Reviewed and discussed.
3.1. Review and discuss the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Circulation
Projects for Fiscal Years 2010-2014.
Director of Public Works Butler presented an overview of the proposed projects.
