AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TIlE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY IN THE CHANGE
OF ZONE APPLICATION CONTAINED IN CHANGE OF
ZONE NO. 18 CHANGING THE ZONE FROM R-A 2-1/2
(RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, 2-1/2 ACRE LOT SIZE
MINIMUM) TO S-P (SPECIFIC PLAN) ON PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
MARGARITA ROAD AND DE PORTOLA ROAD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Temecula City Council hereby makes the following findings:
Public Hearings have been held before the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of
Temecula, State of California, pursuant to the Planning and Zoning law of the State of California,
and the City Code of the City of Temecula. The zoning district as shown on the attached exhibit
is hereby approved and ratified as part of the Official Zoning Map for the City of Temecula as
adopted by the City and as may be amended hereafter from time to rime by the City Council of
the City of Temecula, and the City of Temecula Official Zoning Map is amended by placing in
effect the zone or zones as described in Change of Zone No. 18 and in the above rifle, as shown
on zoning map attached here to and incorporated herein.
Section 2. Notice of Adoption, Within 10 days after the adoption hereof, the City Clerk
of the City of Temecula shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be posted
in at least three public places in the City.
Section 3. Taking Effect. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days
after its passage. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of the Ordinance and cause copies
of the Ordinance to be posted and published as require by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 1992.

Ordinance No. 92-08 was duly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 14th day of April, 1992, and that thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 28th day of April, 1992 by the
following roll call vote:
