1. Minutes Approved staff recommendation (5 -0 -0) Commissioner
Edwards made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hogan
and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of the July 13, 2009 Community
Services Commission meeting.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Update on the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program
received and filed the report.
2.1 Receive and file the report on the Summer Camp Programs offered
by the City of Temecula.
3. Overview of proposed Public Art Sections for the Old Town Specific
Plan Amendment received and filed the report.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Receive and file the report on the 2009 Summer Sunsets Film and
Concert Series Program.
4. Youth Media Arts Festival received and filed the report.

3.2 Receive and file the report on the 2009 Summer Sunsets Film and
