A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS INTO THE CITY- MAINTAINED SYSTEM
(WITHIN TRACT NO. 29734)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 29734 was originally approved by the Riverside
County Board of Supervisors prior to annexation of the Redhawk area into the City of
Temecula on June 30, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 29734 was recorded by the County Recorder on
September 11, 2003, in which offers of dedication for street and public utility purposes
were accepted by the County of Riverside from Centex Homes; and,
WHEREAS, at the time of annexation the streets offered for dedication on the
map became street right -of -way offers within the City of Temecula; and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff has reviewed and inspected the public
improvements and all repairs and replacements have been satisfactorily completed;
and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and Labor and Material Bond pertaining to
this tract have not been released; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City- Maintained Street System the streets offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temecula this 10th day of November, 2009.
