COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of September 24, 2009 Approved staff recommendation (4 -0 -1)
Commissioner Arbogast made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner
Hannum; and voice vote reflected approval of those present with Commissioner
Ramos absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of September 24, 2009.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Traffic Conditions on Seraphina Road Status Report Approved staff
recommendation directing staff to study and explore recommendations regarding
striping and painting (4 -0 -1) Commissioner Arbogast made the motion; it was
seconded by Commissioner Hannum; and voice vote reflected approval of those
present with Commissioner Ramos absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Continued enforcement of the 25 MPH posted speed limit.

3. Request for Speed Limit Signs Calle Resaca received and filed the report.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Receive and file the report.
4. Commission Meeting Schedule November and December 2009 Approved staff
recommendation (4 -0 -1) Commissioner Nagel made the motion; it was seconded
by Commissioner Hannum; and voice vote reflected approval of those present with
Commissioner Ramos absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
4.1 Direct the Senior Office Specialist to cancel and reschedule the regular meetings for
November and December 2009, and perform the appropriate postings and noticing
requirements per the Government Code.

At 7:15 P.M., Commissioner Arbogast moved, seconded by Commissioner Hannum, to
adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to Thursday, December 10, 2009, at
6:00 PM.
