PUBLIC COMMENTS:
1. Cindy Bakay addressed the Commission with regard to the crosswalk at Wolf Valley Road
and Pechanga Parkway.
COMMISSION REPORTS:
COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of February 25, 2010 - Approved staff recommendation — (5 -0 -0) —
Commissioner Hagel made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Hannum;
and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of February 25, 2010.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Mall Ring Road Enforcement - Approved staff recommendation — (5 -0 -0) —
Commissioner Arbogast made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner
Hannum; and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Review recommended revisions to Temecula Municipal Code Section 10.22,
Enforcement of California Vehicle Code on Private Property (Mall Ring Road), before
final City Council Review.
Police Lieutenant Heim presented that staff report (of record).

At 6:42 P.M., Commissioner Hannum moved, seconded by Commissioner Hagel, to
adjourn the Public Traffic Safety Commission meeting to Thursday, April 22, 2010, at
6:00 PM.
